West Chester is one of the largest townships in Ohio, and that word matters more than it sounds like it should. There is no City of West Chester. It is unincorporated Butler County, which means the boundaries your customers have in their heads do not line up with any line on a map, and neither do their searches. People say "West Chester" when they mean somewhere between Tylersville Road and Liberty Township, and Google has to be told what you mean by it.
The economy here runs along I-75. Union Centre Boulevard is the spine, with office parks, hotels, restaurants, and a stack of light industrial and distribution operations feeding off the interchange. That produces two very different customer bases in one township: daytime commercial traffic that comes off the highway and goes home at five, and the residential side around Lakota that generates the home-services work. A site built for one of those and not the other leaves half the market alone.
One more thing specific to here, and it is not a small one. There is a much better-known West Chester in Pennsylvania. If your site and your profile do not make the Ohio part unmistakable, you will get a share of traffic that was never going to hire you, and you will be invisible to some people who were.
