Full Wave Development is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in individual project proposals or contracts. Full Wave Development reserves the right to pause or withhold delivery of work if payments become overdue.
6. Text Messaging (SMS) Program Terms
Program description. Full Wave Development LLC operates a customer-care and project-communication messaging program. If you provide your mobile number and tick the consent box on a form on this site, or ask us in writing to text you, we may send you messages about your inquiry, quotes, scheduling, and the progress of your project. This is not a marketing subscription and we do not send promotional broadcasts.
Consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. Every form on this site can be submitted without ticking the box.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your inquiry and the stage of your project.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Full Wave Development does not charge for text messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages. You can also ask us to remove your number by emailing admin@fullwavedev.com or calling (513) 409-1390.
